2. This Offer is being conducted by Corporate Incentive Solutions Pvt Ltd. (“Promo Partner”) who has been appointed by and on behalf of GROUPE SEB INDIA PVT LIMITED (the “Company”) to conduct this Offer.

3. The offer can be claimed only by the actual purchaser of the product. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Dealers, Sales Executives, dealerships, and employees of the Company and their relatives).

4. This offer is valid for residents of India who have completed 18 years of age.

5. Claims for a maximum of 2 (two) redemption vouchers will be accepted on the same name, mobile no. & single address during the offer period. Multiple claims will not be processed and are liable to be rejected.

6. The Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time, without prior notice.

7. The Customers will be eligible to redeem this Voucher only after uploading the invoice (or any other document as may be asked for verification purposes) and receiving the same by the Promo Partner within the scheme period. In the event that the invoice date is not as per the offer period or the invoice does not carry the GST number of a participating outlet from where it is bought, the gift claim can be rejected.

8. It shall be at the sole cost and responsibility of the eligible consumers to enter the Offer and access the Promo Partner’s website and make requisite calls at regular tariffs of the concerned consumer’s telecom partner and Company or Promo Partner shall not bear any costs in relation to the Consumer taking part in this Offer.

9. The Company / Promo Partner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or Customers that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or spirit of the Offer.

10. The warranty period for products is 6 months from the date of receipt of the product. In case any technical operating issue is faced within the duration mentioned the product is liable to get exchanged.

11. Company and/or Promo Partner reserve the right to contact the Customer via any mechanisms not limited to call SMS /email/ automated call/WhatsApp related to this offer

12. The offer cannot be exchanged or altered for any cash benefit or clubbed with any other. This offer is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.

13. The gift voucher cannot be substituted for any product/service other than the gifts mentioned in the list. All sizes, colors, and models of gifts are standard and requests for specific sizes/color/designs/styles shall not be entertained. Products shown in images are for illustration only, actual products may vary.

14. No separate amount shall be demanded from the Customer for the gift for any reason including delivery of the gift, replacement of defective gift, courier cost, etc. In case of any such demand, please notify the Company or the Promo Partner.

15. Disputes, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court to the exclusion of all other courts in India

16. Force Majeure clauses will apply in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
